For 2 quarts of tea
20 green Cardamon pods
20 Peppercorns
15 Cloves
3 Cinnamon Sticks
1 thumb size piece of Ginger
Boil spices for 10-15 minutes. Longer is better, up to 45 minutes to 1 hour. After 1 hour, add 1 bag of black tea and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Add milk (cow, soy, almond) and sweetner (honey, maple syrup, molasses). Can be served hot or cold
