Types of moves covered
  • Traveling steps such as Egyptian walk, grapevine. Twisty walk, chasse
  • Shimmies and figure 8 hip movement in all directions
  • Basic hip movements such as lifts, circles, and boxes
  • Arm movement – snake arm, flower hands, double serpent
