Sacred Space
At Radiance, we provide a sacred space for healing and growth for all of our guests. In that spirit, please be respectful of our studio: remove shoes at the door, turn off all electronic devises, and do not bring food or gum into the studio.
Registration Policy
Registrations are accepted on a first come first served basis and must be paid in full to hold your place in the session. Registrations must be received 2 days before the start of a class. Payment for class fees is accepted in cash, via Paypal, or by check (pay to the order of “Radiance”). Refunds are not available unless the studio or instructor cancels a class.

Wait List Policy
Registrations are processed in the order received. In some cases, students may be waitlisted due to enrollment limits. There is no charge for this service. You will only be contacted again should a space become available and NOT if the class remains at the maximum enrollment limit.

Class Cancellations
If a class does not receive the minimum amount of registrations necessary, the class will not run. All registered students will be informed of the cancellation.
Make Up Classes
In the event of a personal emergency or illness, instructors will make every effort to have a substitute or call and email all students on roster to cancel class. Canceled classes will be refunded or made up within the session. Missed classes may be made up by attending other classes within the session on a space available basis. It is the student’s responsibility to attend classes, not the studio’s to provide makeups for missed attendance.
Weather Emergencies
In the event of weather emergencies such as a Level 2 or 3 Snow Emergency, or Tornado Warnings, which are considered by this studio to be Acts of God and Nature, that we are not responsible for, classes will be canceled. Students will have the option to attend other regularly scheduled classes to “make-up” the canceled class. In the unusual event of more than two weather emergencies within a session, a make-up class will be arranged. It is the student’s responsibility to attend any make-up classes given, as the studio may not be able to offer make-up classes that follow regular schedules. Refunds are not given for weather emergencies. Weather Emergencies follow the announcements by Wood County and Bowling Green City.
Guests
Dance students may invite female guests to dance class with the permission of instructor. Guests participate as a drop in student and not as an observer, as it can make students uncomfortable being “observed” by strangers. Participation requires signature of release forms. Adult classes are for adults; please arrange childcare for your little ones. Babies who are yet crawling and walking may stay in dance class with or on mom as necessary.
Photo / Video Release Policy
From time to time Radiance takes photographs and tapes video of students for possible use in our publications (print & e-mail) and on our website, and for funding, development and public relations purposes. No compensation is provided to individuals who appear in the photographs or video or for artwork used.

Child Safety
To ensure your child’s safety, please be sure to pick him/her up promptly after class/lesson. Children waiting in the lobby before and/or after their class/lesson are NOT supervised. Children are under supervision during their instruction time only. Neither teachers nor administrative staff is responsible for supervising children outside of teaching time.

Children’s Classes
Please refrain from correcting your child’s technique in class if you are observing or participating in a parent and child class. The instructor and assistants are trained to make corrections as needed, and your child will be much more willing to accept correction from the teacher. Allow your children the experience of class as a special place, and a world of it’s own, outside of everyday relationships and responsibilities.
